How you treat people goes such a long way not only in this industry but in life. Building that trust, team work, and entrepreneurial spirit must first begin with respect. When you have built that relationship on respecting your team and colleagues all other aspect with surely fall into place. You get back what you give out.

My favorite part of growing with PM will always be the people and the continued efforts they put forth to develop their associates. I always knew I wanted to end up in HR. When PM first took over my hotel I made my goals known. From there I was able to gradually climb the ladder. It’s the best feeling when your company can see your worth and help you achieve your career goals. PM did that for me.
