Favorite Core Value: respect + teamwork

Hotels are help up by one thing – the people. In this industry, you have to respect every player. We are all individual contributors to a larger team and that is integral to success.

I started at PM Hotel Group 15 years ago as the General Manager at the Hilton BWI for 6 years, and then served in the role at the Hilton Meadowlands and the Sheraton Edison. Being a GM was the best job I’ve had.

My favorite part of my growth with the company are the people and creating relationships with the hotel teams.

Favorite Core Value: respect

As we engage with guests, industry partners, and colleagues, the one thing that is universally used to build relationships is respect. Understanding and engaging with an individual in the manner they deem important are the building blocks to effective collaborations.

In my time with PM Hotel group, I have witnessed new acquisitions, the expansion of our sales team organization, and the transformation of our brand to match the industry’s every changing environment.

We are people first organization, and I am thrilled to have an opportunity to share that culture with the world.

Favorite Core Value: Teamwork

I try to foster a strong team – if everyone helps out it creates a family oriented environment where employees and managers feel supported and want to work together. It also helps build loyalty, drive and respect.

My favorite part of growing with PM, is that I took an unfortunate situation (COVID) and used it to learn and become hands on with the hotel. The fact that PM saw my love for people and work ethic and give me a shot to become more made it all worth it and inspires me to do more for my employee and give them a chance to reach their dreams like I was given.

My summer at PMHG was absolutely incredible and I enjoyed every second of it. It was definitely my favorite internship and one that taught me the most. I learned so much about the industry from working under various leaders, and all the different analysis perspectives have proven invaluable in my work thus far.
