Hospitality management companies PM Hotel Group and Sightline Hospitality have merged, adding 22 properties to the PM Hotel Group portfolio that are either open or set to open within the coming months, largely as part of the Modus by PM Hotel Group lifestyle division. The newly merged entity will continue to operate under the PM Hotel Group name.
PM Hotel Group and Sightline Hospitality recently announced a strategic merger that will further the growth of PM Hotel Group’s lifestyle hotel division, Modus by PM Hotel Group, by integrating Sightline’s expertise in experiential travel and innovative property management.
PM Hotel Group will assume management of three properties in the greater Washington, D.C. area: the Crowne Plaza Dulles Airport, Hotel Arboretum and Fairfield Inn & Suites Washington, D.C./New York Avenue, expanding its portfolio of 86 hotels in 22 states.
