Joseph Bojanowski, president of the PM Hotel Group, noted that the company’s portfolio includes hotels in a number of markets where there are World Cup matches, and particularly in markets that are going to be base markets where the fans may be staying. 

Branded hotels comprise an increasingly large portion of the global hotel supply, with nearly 50 percent of them managed by third parties, according to JLL.

PM Hotel Group will assume management of three properties in the greater Washington, D.C. area: the Crowne Plaza Dulles Airport, Hotel Arboretum and Fairfield Inn & Suites Washington, D.C./New York Avenue,  expanding its portfolio of 86 hotels in 22 states.
